UtilityGrid is built to be private by default. This policy explains what data is (and isn't) collected when you use the site.
Your files and content stay on your device
Every tool runs entirely in your browser. The text, files, images and data you paste or upload are processed locally on your device and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We don't have accounts, and we can't see what you convert, format or calculate.
Local storage in your browser
Some preferences are saved in your browser's local storage so the site works the way you left it — for example your theme (light/dark), your favorite tools, recently used tools, and whether you dismissed the install banner. This data lives only in your browser and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — such as which tools are popular and which pages are visited. This helps us decide what to build next. It does not identify you personally.
Advertising
We may display ads through Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.
Third-party resources
A few heavier tools (for example video and audio processing) load their engine from a public CDN the first time you use them. Your files are still processed locally — only the code is fetched.
